Accredited Training.
CHHS is an accredited Royal Environmental Health Institute Scotland (REHIS) training centre and achieved many professional awards. Many students have gone on to win the highly coveted ‘Highfield award.’ Pictured here at the 2025 REHIS Awards are three students all winning top student in Scotland awards. REHIS Advanced Certificate in Health and Safety
We will be running the REHIS Advanced Certificate in Health and Safety, a 5 day course ranking at a higher grade than the equivalent IOSH course. It is being held at St James Centre Management Office, Edinburgh between 5th - 9th of January 2026, with the exam scheduled for 9th February 2026

We are running an Advanced Diploma in Food Hygiene in Edinburgh between 23rd - 27th February 2026, with the exam on 30th March 2026

We are running a REHIS Advanced HACCP course in Edinburgh between 8th and 10th April 2026. This is a fabulous practical application of HACCP training. The exam is scheduled for 8th May 2026

Highfield Levels 2 &3 Allergen training
We offer both Level 2 & 3 Allergen Management Courses for staff, supervisors and managers
Level 2 is a half day course and can be booked for a minimum of 6 people & costing £80 per person
Level 3 is a full day course designed for managers and can be booked for a minimum of 6 people & costing £170 per person
